Training & Development
PLAY AUDIODrive recognises the importance of staff training and development as being crucial to the provision of high quality services and also recognises the need to develop and maintain that provision to ensure that all services remain client centred. Training and development therefore clearly plays a key role in the achievement of Drive’s Business Plan.
Employees of the organisation represent its most valued asset and Drive aims to ensure that all employees are in possession of the relevant skills, knowledge and values to undertake their duties.
Drive aims to ensure that training, wherever possible, is based on National Occupation Standards, which may potentially lead to or contribute to the achievement of nationally recognised qualifications.
Drive is also an Accredited Assessment Centre with City & Guilds and is able to provide National Vocational Qualifications in Health & Social Care as well as Learning and Development Awards.
