Drive provides services to adults with learning disabilities in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Bridgend, Monmouth and Merthyr Tydfil.
Drive also supports adults to live in their own home with 24 hour support and sleep in staff, which we call supported living.
Drive supports adults to live independently with a minimum amount of support, which we call targeted support.
Targeted support is charged at an hourly rate and is tailored to meet the individuals need, i.e., two hours on Wednesday for bingo, or one hour every Saturday morning for yoga.
Drive ensures that all its service are person centred and that the support plans meet the individuals needs.
