Barbara Scrase
Barbara is currently our Health and Safety / NVQ Coordinator. Barbara began working for Drive in October 1985, her many roles have included Support Worker, Deputy Manager, Horticultural Manager, and Team Manager.
Barbara has an NVQ level IV in Management and in Learning and Development, NVQ Assessor and Verifiers award for Health and Social Care, she has also a National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and a Post Grad
Diploma in Managing High Quality Staffed Housing.
Barbara is also an Associate member of the Institute of Learning
Personnel and Recruitment Manager
Claire Wharton
Claire joined Drive in 2002 as Office Manager. Claire became Drive’s Personnel and Recruitment Manager in November 2007.
Claire holds Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development:- Year One qualification, and NVQ Level IV in Management.
Claire previously worked in Human Resources for the Peacock group before joining Drive.
