Phil holds the National Vocational Qualification Level IV & V in Management, and also a Post Graduate diploma in High Quality Staffed Housing. He also holds the Vocational Assessors award and the Internal Verifiers award. Phil has over 17 years experience supporting people with disabilities in various settings.

Karen Gregory

Karen holds the Diploma in Welfare Studies, Counselling Skills and Theory Qualification, NVQ Level IV and Level V Manager’s award. Karen also holds the Vocational Assessors award and the Internal Verifiers award.
Karen has over 20 years experience in supporting people with a learning disability.

Geoff Wood

Geoff holds Batchelor of Arts with Honours degree in Economics, and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Geoff also holds the Vocational Assessors and Internal Verifiers awards.

Claire Jones

Claire holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree is Behavioural Science, NVQ Level III in Care, and NVQ Level IV and Level V in Management. Claire also holds a Vocational Assessors awards, and Internal Verifier Awards. Claire has over 20 years experience in working within learning disability services.
